Firstly, can you highlight some of your endeavours & what keeps you busy?
Training everyday keeps me busy no matter what, even if I can’t do a full workout 100 pull-ups, 100 sit-ups and 5km run is good enough on a off day, Sometimes Tiktok Sponsors keep me busy and my close friends
You’re a prominent Muay Thai fighter, how are you making sure you’re at the top of your game?
By training everyday and making sure my shins are always condition wether that’s kicking wooden poles at a playground or bamboo, running as much as I can and my diet is the most important!

We have a phrase: Conductive Repetition, improving oneself through consistency and persistence. What are some things you’re working towards in the near future?
To represent New Zealand as a fighter, and do as many extreme things as I can cause I don’t wanna regret nothing later in life.
What's next on the work out schedule? (open for interpretation, take it personally, comically or an opportunity to plug something)
5km runs, 10km walks, sparring, as much pad work as I can get and making sure I’m always put in uncomfortable positions in training everyday.
